Beerfest Vendor booths are not assigned according to preference; we will let you know where you’ve been assigned. 

Once your application is approved, you will be invoiced for the full amount due. All fees due at least 14 days before event unless otherwise noted. You will not be given access to your booth until you have paid in full.

Prices:

Beerfest Food Booth: $100 + 10% commission on gross sales due post event   NOTE: every individual in the food booth at Beerfest must be over 21, NO EXCEPTIONS.

Fair Food Court Booth: $200 + 10% commission on gross sales due post event

Fair Food Truck Booth: $150 + 10% commission on gross sales due post event

Fair Food At Large Canopy: $100 + 10% commission on gross sales due post event

Fair Non-Food C-Closing Booth: $400

Premium Non-Food C-Closing Booth: $425

Fair Non-Food B, H, or A (at large) Booth: $300

Fair Non-Food “Half Booths”: $150

Additional Booth Space – H or A only: $3.00/square foot

Cleaning Fee: $50 (will be refunded after event)

Haines Borough Temporary Vendor Permit: $25

Additional Fair Passes for Booth Employees: $32 (Food booths come with four passes included; non-food booths come with one pass included, these are only for working shifts and are not passes to the Fair!)

Additional Beerfest Passes for Booth Employees: $70 (booths come with 3 passes included; tasting glasses must be purchased separately)
